Services and fees
Prices are shown here, not on request. Each is a fixed amount in US dollars that does not change with what you decide afterwards — and the specialist advising you takes no share of any referral margin.
01 What you can ask us for
The decoded procedure library. Read the operation you have been offered before you speak to anyone at all — including us.
Your reports and history organised into one structured summary, your surgical and anaesthetic risk graded using recognised scoring systems, and any further investigation that would help a decision. A licensed physician reviews and signs off every report before it reaches you.
This is not a treatment plan and contains no medication advice. It is the document that makes a consultation — with us or with anyone else — faster and better informed.
A full consultation with the specialist in the relevant field, prepared for by our medical team and transcribed for you.
Studies your case, forms a view, writes it down. Never sees what the other one said.
Does exactly the same thing, from scratch. You receive both, unedited, side by side.
For decisions where a second view genuinely changes things — a cancer operation, a joint replacement in someone young, a repeat IVF cycle, a spine fusion — two specialists consult on your case independently. Neither sees the other's opinion first.
You receive both transcripts and both plans, side by side, exactly as written. Where they disagree, we show the disagreement. We do not merge two opinions into one comfortable summary, and we do not quietly drop the one that recommends less surgery.
US$100 — two consultations, priced as two consultations. We add nothing for arranging it.
If you are a physician or surgeon with a case you would like to discuss, we connect you directly with the right specialist for a peer conversation — usually within 48 hours, at no charge, ever. No patient present, no report, no invoice. See the page for referring doctors →

03 Fee rules
Much of this industry asks specialists for free opinions in exchange for the promise of patients. A consultation given for nothing is worth roughly that: rushed, half-attentive, and delivered by someone whose real interest is in the operation. We pay the doctor for the hour. That is what buys you a proper one.
If you go on to be treated, you pay the hospital directly. We do not take custody of surgical payments, deposits or refunds at any point.
If your case is outside what our panel can properly advise on, we tell you before taking payment. If that only becomes clear afterwards, the fee is returned.
The specialist advising you receives their consultation fee and nothing else. They have no share in what any hospital or facilitator earns from your treatment. If they later operate on you, they are paid their standard surgical fee, exactly as they would be for any patient.
Send us your case and we will tell you honestly whether a consultation would help you, and what it would involve.

Medical wording has to be exact, so we only publish a language once a doctor who speaks it has checked every page. The others are being prepared now.
